We offer souvenirs, keepsakes, collectible gifts, commemorative accessories, decorative items, and other products intended to celebrate memories, locations, events, or personal occasions.
How can I check an item’s size?
Review the measurements listed on the relevant product page. Product photographs may include decorative settings and should not be used as the only size reference.
Will the item look exactly like the photographs?
We make reasonable efforts to represent each item accurately. Color and finish may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, material variation, or production batches.
Are all souvenirs suitable for children?
No. Decorative items, collectible pieces, products with small parts, and fragile merchandise may not be suitable for children. Review product information and supervise use when appropriate.
Can an order be changed after it is submitted?
Contact us immediately. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but changes are not guaranteed once preparation or packing has started.
Can several products arrive in separate parcels?
Yes. Items may be packed separately because of their size, availability, fragility, or handling requirements. Separate tracking references may be issued.
What should I do if something arrives damaged?
Keep the product and packaging, then contact service@elvarinos.com with photographs of the item, outer parcel, internal protection, and shipping label.
Are personalized products returnable?
Customized, personalized, engraved, printed-to-request, or made-to-order products are generally final once production begins. A verified defect or production error will be reviewed separately.
How do I care for my souvenir?
Follow the instructions shown on the product page or packaging. Many souvenirs are decorative and should be protected from moisture, direct heat, strong chemicals, or rough handling.
