These Terms of Service govern access to the Elvarinos™ website and the submission of orders through it. By using the website, the user agrees to these Terms and the policies made available through the website.

Product Presentation
We make reasonable efforts to describe merchandise accurately. Dimensions, colors, textures, patterns, and finishes may show minor variation.
Decorative photographs may contain props or background objects that are not included with the product. Only the items identified in the product description are included.
Souvenirs and collectible items are not automatically antiques, investments, licensed memorabilia, or limited editions unless expressly described that way on the product page.
Order Review
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order may be declined or canceled because of unavailable merchandise, incorrect product information, delivery limitations, suspected misuse, technical errors, or an inability to complete requested customization.
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, images, quantities, product variations, and delivery information before submitting personalized instructions.
Once custom production begins, those instructions may not be changed.
Intellectual Property
The Elvarinos™ name, website design, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, logos, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Website content may not be copied, republished, distributed, modified, or used to create competing commercial material without prior written authorization.
Third-Party Features
The website may contain links, embedded tools, or services operated by third parties. Their availability, content, security, and privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elvarinos™ is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from improper product use, failure to follow care instructions, customer-provided customization errors, carrier disruptions, or events outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates and Governing Law
These Terms may be revised when store practices, website functions, or legal requirements change. The updated version becomes effective when posted.
These Terms are governed by applicable United States and California law, without removing mandatory consumer protections that may apply in another jurisdiction.
